Smell the aroma in the air and taste the difference of a delicious fresh grilled ribeye steak sandwich, juicy quarter pound cheeseburger, shaved roast beef sandwich and jumbo beef hot dog. That’s beef promotion and that’s what the Wisconsin Cattlemen’s Steak Trailer does. For over twenty-five years, the WCA has operated the Steak Trailer as a beef promotion opportunity and scholarship fund raising program. The WCA Steak Trailer will again be at the following events throughout the year, grilling and serving their fresh grilled beef sandwiches.
In order to operate the trailer successfully, the WCA offers FFA Chapters, 4-H Clubs and Producer Groups the opportunity to assist its staff in serving sandwiches as a fund raiser for their organization.
