Smell the aroma in the air and taste a delicious, hot-off-the-grill ribeye steak sandwich; juicy quarter-pound cheeseburger; shaved roast beef sandwich or jumbo beef hot dog. That’s beef promotion and that’s what the Wisconsin Cattlemen’s Steak Trailer does. For over twenty-five years, WCA has operated the Steak Trailer as a beef promotion opportunity and scholarship fundraising program. You can find the WCA Steak Trailer at the following events in 2022, grilling and serving their fresh grilled beef sandwiches.
WCA Steak Trailer Managers
Craig & Vickie Dunnum | Westby, WI
Beginning in 2019, Craig and Vickie Dunnum of Westby, Wisconsin, assumed their roles as managers of the WCA Steak Trailer. From growing up on farms in rural Wisconsin, to meeting through FFA 37 years ago, to becoming active members of the Wisconsin Cattlemen's Association, agriculture has continued to be an important part of their relationship.

They aim to make WCA Steak Trailer events educational and fun for all who attend.
The Dunnums are seeking out motivated individuals and groups to become part of the team at work at WCA Steak Trailer events as listed below.
